CHISINAU/MOSCOW, Aug 22 (PRIME) -- Moldovagaz has paid Russian gas giant Gazprom for the gas received in July and asked for a delay in advanced payment for August, CEO Vadim Ceban told PRIME on Monday.
"We have closed July, asked for a delay of the advanced payment for August," Ceban said. Gazprom has not replied, Ceban added.
Moldovagaz earlier asked Gazprom to delay the advance payments for August and September until December.
Gazprom said in its Telegram channel that it has exceptionally postponed the advance payment for gas for Moldovagaz until September 1.
